However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or return is necessary. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns may be processed.
Service-Based Refunds
As a provider of digital services, refunds are not typically issued once work has commenced or services have been delivered. This is because our services are customized and intangible. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- The service provided does not meet the agreed-upon scope or specifications outlined in the contract.
- The client has made reasonable efforts to communicate issues, and Your Web Solutions LLC has not provided a satisfactory resolution.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the service delivery date. Provide detailed information regarding the issue and why you believe a refund is warranted. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If a refund is granted, it will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Custom web design and development work that has been approved and delivered.
- Digital marketing campaigns once they have been launched.
- SEO services that have been performed, as these involve ongoing work and investments in time and resources.
- Software development services after the client has provided approval for the final deliverable.
Revisions and Modifications
If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable, we encourage you to request revisions. Your Web Solutions LLC offers a specified number of revisions as outlined in your contract. We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Service Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to fees based on the portion of the work completed. Any prepaid amounts for future services may be refundable, depending on the terms of the contract.
No Returns for Digital Products
As our services are digital in nature, there are no physical products to return. Once a service has been rendered or a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
